The Sauvignon Blanc Mathias from the Pfitscher winery is a selective single-vineyard bottling from high, cool vineyards in South Tyrol. The wine combines precision and aromatic depth: citrus, elderflower, and delicate herbs meet taut minerality and an elegant structure.
