The Weinstein Academy is the advanced training format from Weinstein Finewine for everyone who wants to not only enjoy wine, but truly understand it. In our compact, practical workshops, we impart sound expertise on grape varieties, regions, tasting techniques, and what truly makes a great wine. Clearly explained, professionally prepared, and, as always, relaxed, casual, and enjoyable.

THE EINSTEIN IN WEINSTEIN
The diploma course "The Einstein in Weinstein" generally takes place at the wine shop in Dornbirn and runs from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM each session.

THE WORLD OF SPARKLING
Sparkling, precise and full of finesse: In our course The World of Sparkling, we dive deep into the world of sparkling wines – from Champagne and artisan Sekt to Corpinnat. We examine production methods, styles, terroir influences and, of course, how to taste sparkling wine professionally.
