HUMP DAY
What we started 5 years ago as an open-air lounge has now become the WOCHENTEILER, known well beyond the town borders!
When the weather is fine, our event transforms the Dornbirn marketplace into a relaxed hotspot for everyone who wants to wind down their Wednesday evening with fine wines, good music, and delicious food.
In collaboration with Mr. Johns, Steinhauser, and local restaurants, a different catering business will treat you every Wednesday to the finest urban street food! Whether pizza, pasta, cheese spaetzle burgers, Indian wraps, or Asian bowls – the culinary variety is guaranteed to be delicious!
Weinstein Finewine will once again be presenting 3 summery wines from our range every Wednesday at HUGO´s Bar. The process is as follows: taste the wines for free with Sebastian, then order a bottle at Hugo´s Bar, take a seat in the lounge furniture from CASA, and enjoy summer in Vorarlberg's beautiful marketplace.

Midweek Finale with Bernd Fabian
For our grand finale in 2026, we are pleased to welcome a special guest: Michelin-starred chef Bernd Fabian will be visiting us at the Dornbirn marketplace.
For Bernd, it is also a homecoming: He is originally from Dornbirn, but his career has taken him to some of the most renowned kitchens in Austria and Switzerland, and ultimately into the world of Michelin-starred dining. For many years, he has held one of the coveted Michelin stars and has been enchanting his guests with a delicious menu at the Hotel Chasa Montana in Samnaun, Switzerland.
At the "Wochenteiler," he is trading fine dining for a marketplace atmosphere and showcasing his cuisine in an uncomplicated, accessible format. In addition to bao buns from Bernd and his team, we have prepared the following highlights:
- Special wines from the Weinstein cellar
- DJ set by "No Drama"
