Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. The data obtained is used to optimize our website as well as advertising measures.
Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and contractually commits to measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processed data.

Personal data such as name, address, or contact details are never transmitted to Google Analytics.
This data is transmitted to Google servers in the USA. We would like to point out that the USA does not guarantee the same level of data protection as within the EU.
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated User ID, which can be used to recognize you during future website visits.
The recorded data is stored along with the randomly generated User ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.
If you do not agree to the collection, you can prevent it by installing the Browser Add-on for deactivating Google Analytics once, or by refusing the cookies via our cookie settings dialog.

V. Data Subject Rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights against the controller:
Right of Access
You may request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by them.
Right to Rectification
You have a right to rectification and/or completion vis-à-vis the controller if the processed personal data concerning you is incorrect or incomplete. The controller must perform the rectification without undue delay.
Right to Restriction of Processing
Under the following conditions, you may request the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you:
(1) If you contest the accuracy of the personal data concerning you;
(2) if the processing is unlawful;
(3) if the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or
(4) if you have objected to the processing and it is not yet certain whether the legitimate grounds of the controller outweigh your grounds.
Right to Erasure
You may request from the controller that the personal data concerning you be erased without undue delay, and the controller is obliged to erase this data without undue delay, provided one of the following reasons applies:
(1) The personal data concerning you is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
(2) You withdraw your consent on which the processing was based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
(3) You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.
(4) The personal data concerning you has been processed unlawfully.
Right to Notification

If the personal data concerning you is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Right to Withdraw Consent

Automated individual decision-making, including profiling

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
