Dreissigacker - WUNDERWERK Riesling 2015

Dreissigacker wines do not conform to any pattern, cliché, or any other stereotype, but are quite deliberately independent, unadulterated, and uniquely vinified wines. That is why Jochen and his team have made it their mission to capture the essence of the soils and vineyards in the bottle as naturally and gently as possible. Sustainability, a closeness to nature, and ultimately time are what define the phenomenal wines of Dreissigacker.

For the Wunderwerk series, grapes from young vines in top vineyard sites are brought together in steel tanks and subsequently aged in wood. The result is full-bodied and intense wines with great potential.
