Dreissigacker - WUNDERWERK Pinot Gris 2017

Dreissigacker wines do not conform to any pattern, cliché, or any other stereotype, but are deliberately independent, unadulterated, and uniquely vinified wines. That is why Jochen and his team have made it their mission to bring the character of the soils and vineyard sites into the bottle as naturally and gently as possible. Sustainability, a closeness to nature, and ultimately time are what define the phenomenal wines of Dreissigacker.

For the Wunderwerk series, grapes from young vines in top vineyard sites are brought together in steel tanks and then aged in wood. The result is full-bodied and intense wines with great potential.
