Pre-New Year's EVE BLAST at our wine shop in Dornbirn!

If all marriages were as perfect as the one between cheese and wine, divorce lawyers would be out of a job. KäseCaspar and the Kracher winery proved just that at the end of the year. From Spätlese to Trockenbeerenauslese, everything a gourmet's heart could desire was served alongside blue cheese and mountain cheese. Dornbirn native Johanna Waibel works in export for the Illmitz sweet wine guru and brought along some magnificent noble rot wines.

The Kracher winery, known for its exquisite sweet wines, presented a selection of its finest offerings. Guests had the opportunity to discover the variety and depth of these noble wines and learn more about the winery's philosophy and production.

KäseCaspar, an expert in regional cheese specialties, complemented the wine tasting with a carefully curated selection of cheeses from the Bregenzerwald. The combination of wine and cheese offered participants a harmonious interplay of flavors and textures.

The Vinothek Weinstein in Dornbirn is known for its regular wine tastings and events, where wine lovers can discover and enjoy new wines in a stylish setting. With around 600 top wines from the most important wine regions in the world, the wine shop offers a wide selection for every taste. In addition to wine tastings, culinary highlights from the region are also offered to round off the tasting experience.
