Weingut Schützenhof - Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (Weinstein Edition)

Grown on iron-rich soil with a view towards Hungary, this Cabernet presents itself as more airy than compact in the grape. We happened to be there during the harvest and have this exact image in our minds. The wine was then vinified with minimal use of sulfur and through natural cultivation and cellar interventions. The result is a lively, full-bodied, and intense Cabernet Sauvignon that represents the region and is destined to age gracefully.
