Strehn - Sushi 2022

Inspired by a short trip to Tokyo and a perfect match for sushi and Asian cuisine, this rosé plays with sweetness (around 28g of residual sugar) and harmonizes brilliantly with spice and exotic flavors. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is fermented and aged in concrete tanks and wooden barrels, giving it a fine, creamy body.
