Recaredo - Serral Del Vell Brut Nature 2018

This fine Cava rests on the lees for nearly 5 years before being manually disgorged. During this time, it is sealed with a natural cork, riddled by hand, and then left for yeast autolysis. On the palate, it develops delicate aromas of bread crust, almond, and yellow fruits. The bubbles are velvety, creamy, and revitalizing all at once. With salty notes on the finish, it represents the region, the terroir, and this top-tier winery at its finest. Our favorite!
