The combination of barren limestone gravel, good ventilation, and perfect sun exposure produces small-berried, highly concentrated grapes – the ideal foundation for a Pinot Noir with depth and tension. On the nose, it combines dark cherries, fine spice, and subtle roasted aromas. On the palate, it is taut, mineral, and precise, with silky tannins and impressive inner energy.
