The Nußberg is the hill above Vienna from which you can look down beautifully onto the Danube and the city. In addition, it is filled with mixed vineyards from which the Wiener Gemischter Satz is pressed. The various grape varieties in the vineyard are harvested and fermented together, which every year results in a unique wine that represents Vienna and has therefore been protected with DAC status. Among insiders, Pedalone’s Gemischter Satz is considered one of the best, and due to its limited availability, it is not easy to find. Its multi-layered, spicy bouquet with many nuances and great finesse, as well as its fresh and animating character, weave together into a harmonious wine that can be enjoyed solo or in a duet with Austrian dishes.
