NeueHeimat – Burgundy RESONANCE 2021

RESONANZ is the answer of the terroir, which is allowed to speak for itself in this Burgundy cuvée. 45% Pinot Blanc, 36% Morillon, and 20% Pinot Gris define the blend. After 12 months of aging on the gross lees in 500 and 300-liter barrels, the wine matures for another 18 months on the fine lees. Bottled with minimal sulfur and unfiltered to bring an unadulterated resonance of the region and terroir into the bottle.
