The Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut from Lamblin is the pink answer to our bestseller – and has long since become a classic in our range itself. Fruitier and somewhat more playful than the white Crémant, but with the same combination of freshness, fine perlage, and uncomplicated drinking pleasure.

The cuvée of Pinot Noir and Gamay spends 12 months on the lees and is subsequently disgorged "à la glace." On the nose, the rosé reveals itself to be wonderfully complex with notes of strawberry, cherry, and fine floral nuances. The fruit is juicy and inviting, without drifting into sweetness.

On the palate, the Crémant Rosé from Lamblin is finely effervescent and creamy, yet at the same time fresh, balanced, and delightfully enlivening. The brut dosage provides balance and leaves enough freshness for a dry, uncomplicated flow of drinking.
