The Vin de Pays de Vaucluse from Domaine des Tours is a characterful regional wine that reaches far beyond its simple appellation. Emmanuel Reynaud vinifies it predominantly from Grenache, complemented by Syrah, Cinsault, Counoise, and a small portion of Merlot. It is aged traditionally in concrete tanks and old barrels, with no fining or filtration. In the glass, it reveals a fine balance between juicy red fruit, spicy notes, and an elegant, almost Burgundian texture.
