Monsieur Geoffroy Choppin de Janvry manages the winery on the outskirts of the wine capital Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy. With the exception of rare and highly sought-after 1er Cru plots planted with Pinot Noir, which have been part of the Domaine's holdings since 1820.
