Here Andrea lets the vintage speak for itself, and the 2011 shows itself to be very elegant and noble. Enormously fine mousse, which can be attributed to the long yeast autolysis, which in this case amounts to around 5 years. The aromas of the yeast are perfectly integrated and this vintage Franciacorta triumphs with a long, saline finish. Truly magnificent!
