Colline della Stella / Andrea Arici - Cùdula Rosso Curtefranca DOC 2021

Before the focus shifted to sparkling wine, the Iseo Lake region primarily produced red wine. A dedicated appellation covers these traditional wines, which are crafted from various indigenous and international grape varieties. In the case of Andrea Arici's Cùdula Rosso, the blend consists of 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Nebbiolo, 5% Merlot, and 25% Barbera. The result is a very attractive, powerful, intense wine with dark fruit notes, and whenever Arici takes something on, the result is fantastic.
