Cesare Bussolo - Barolo DOCG Fossati 2020 (3-Liter Jeroboam)

The "Fossati" vineyard is one of the Grand Crus of La Morra. Calcareous Tortonian soils, with clay and a touch of sand, define the terroir. The bouquet is generous, with aromas of raspberry, dark cherry, a hint of violet, menthol, fennel, undergrowth, and oak. Powerful in its tannins, yet simultaneously harmonious and hedonistic. A broad culinary profile with great elegance and stature. A salinity makes itself felt on the finish, reflecting the minerality of Fossati and making it unique.
