The Blanc de Blancs Sekt Austria Große Reserve Brut Nature 2014 from the Gross winery is an impressive sparkling wine from Southern Styria that combines the highest level of craftsmanship with terroir expression. Spontaneously fermented in traditional wooden barrels, it undergoes malolactic fermentation in the spring following the harvest and then matures for 14 months on its fine lees – without dosage, without filtration – giving it freshness and depth.
