Dreissigacker - WUNDERWERK Pinot Noir 2017

Dreissigacker wines do not follow any pattern, cliché, or other stereotype, but are deliberately independent, unadulterated, and uniquely vinified wines. For this reason, Jochen and his team have made it their mission to translate the character of the soils and vineyards into the bottle as naturally and gently as possible. Sustainability, a closeness to nature, and ultimately time are what define the phenomenal wines of Dreissigacker.

For the Wunderwerk series, grapes from young vines in top vineyard sites are gathered in steel tanks and subsequently aged in wood. The result is full-bodied and intense wines with great potential.
