Celler Credo (Recaredo) – “And The Winner Is…” 2022

Recaredo's still wine label is, like its sparkling wine, committed to indigenous grape varieties. Xarel-lo, Macabeu, and Parellada serve here as the base and blend. With only 11% alcohol, the wine is very low in alcohol, and with just 44 mg of sulfur (150 mg would be permitted), it is a total nudist. The bouquet features banana chips and yellow fruits, fine phenolics, easy-drinking.
