The charismatic Count Stefan von Neipperg converted his winery to organic, sustainable cultivation many years ago and, with a constant pursuit of quality, has led Canon La Gaffelière to become a top winery in St. Emilion. The cuvée of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon is round, soft, and immensely balanced. A typical Right Bank wine with plenty of fruit, nobility, and great potential.
