Louis Roederer - Cristal Brut 2015

The "Cristal" is a prestigious champagne produced only in great vintage years. The cuvée consists of approximately 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After six years of yeast autolysis, an additional eight months of aging is provided after disgorgement. The perfect balance of the most important factors and the linear structure make every sip an experience. The finish is long and impressive, and a bottle of "Cristal" now and then is truly worth the sin.
