Alpdrinks - Alpen Blanc Sparkling N.V. (non-alcoholic)

A clear, radiantly transparent straw-yellow sparkling wine made from Welschriesling. It features aromas of ripe apples, pears, and floral lychee with a fine mousse, and is one of Austria's first non-alcoholic sparkling wines. The dealcoholization is achieved through gentle vacuum evaporation, which preserves the qualities of the aroma and perlage.
