The Ambonnay village wine is one of Benoit's most representative wines, as the estate is also based there. A thousand small, fine bubbles dance on the tongue, and the diversity of aromas—red fruit, brioche, toasted bread, and mineral nuances—is intense and fascinating. This sparkling wine is bone-dry, minimally sulfured, long on the finish, and enormously drinkable.
