The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and, following an 8-hour maceration period, undergo spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts in used 500-liter wooden barrels. Malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided to preserve the wine's freshness and structure. In the glass, the wine presents a bright golden yellow. Aromas of fresh yellow apple and meadow herbs unfold on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy with subtle stone fruit nuances, a refined structure, and a hint of blossom honey.
