Deeply rooted in 90% Leitha limestone and 10% mica schist, they produce a wine that combines power and concentration with the precision typical of Prieler.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter two days of skin contact, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and subsequently aged for 16 months on the fine lees – two-thirds in large wooden barrels and one-third in clay amphorae.
